Australian iD Checking Toolkit
An updated edition of the popular Australian iD Checking Guide is now available. The 2009 edition includes important changes to photo identification documents in a number of states since 2007.
The Australian iD Checking Toolkit helps licensees and their staff to prevent underage drinking in their venues. The toolkit consists of a booklet, The Australian iD Checking Guide and a black/UV light. The Australian iD Checking Guide outlines acceptable forms of identification (ID) from around Australia and what to check for to ensure the ID is genuine. It provides photographic samples and validation details of the current driver licences, proof of age cards and other forms of ID from each state and territory in Australia. |

The black/UV light is a small magnifying and light device which can be used to verify special security features on IDs such as holograms and highlights any abnormalities.
