Policies and standards
The Standards approved by the Director of Liquor and Gaming are the specific requirements the licensee must adhere to when conditions are imposed on the liquor licence, and these specific standards are referenced.
Whilst these standards are not compulsory for venues that have not had conditions imposed, they may be used as a guideline for venues wishing to improve their standards and systems and adopt “best practice”.
Policies and Standards approved by the Director of Liquor and Gaming are subject to periodic review and amendment. Please be sure to check regularly to ensure that you are using the most recent document.
