Forms, fact sheets and guidelines

This page contains standards that have been approved by the Director of Liquor and Gaming and detail the specific requirements of conditions imposed on the licence.

For venues which have not had conditions imposed, these standards may be adopted as a best practice guideline.

Also contained in this section is other reporting forms and guidelines, which may be referenced in conditions imposed on a licence.

These forms and standards are subject to periodic review and amendment. Please be sure to check regularly to ensure that you are using the most recent document.
