Gaming machines: facts and myths

Gaming machines: facts and myths is an easy-to-watch DVD which sorts out the truth from the six most common myths. The video, funded by the Responsible Gambling Fund, shows how poker machines work and outlines the remote chances of winning a jackpot.

The DVD was made in consultation with problem gamblers, counsellors and gaming machine manufacturers. Copies have been distributed across NSW to Gambling Help counsellors, community health centres, libraries, social workers, doctors and other agencies likely to encounter problem gamblers.
