Application noticeboard help
The applications noticeboard on the OLGR website is a facility that allows you to search for licence applications online.
Search by town or suburb
Search for applications by entering the town or suburb in the text field (fig 1.1)

Detailed search
The noticeboard also offers several alternative search methods via the “detailed search” (fig 1.2)
The detailed search option allows to search by one or more of the following criteria:
- Premises location
- Local Government area (LGA)
- Licence name
- Application type
- Application status
- Application dates

Viewing the results of your search
The report (fig 1.3) will generate once you fill in your search criteria and press "Search for Applications."

The following information fields are generated (listed as they appear - left to right)
- Date posted
- Application number
- Application type
- Licence name
- Street number
- Street
- Suburb
- Post code
- LGA (local government area)
- Notice
- CIS
- Submission close date
- Status
The status of the application is located on the far right hand side of the report.
If a licence is under consideration, up to three fields will appear highlighted orange
the application number, the notice field (application form) and (where applicable), the CIS field.
If a field is highlighted orange, you can view its details by clicking on the field highlight.
An application under consideration also means you are able to make a submission.
To make a submission via email simply click on the orange highlighted licence number.
