Lost course certificates

If you have lost your certificate, you will need to contact the course provider you completed the course with.

Contact details for approved training providers are available from our page Licensee /RSA approved course providers. However, please bear in mind that you may have completed the course with a training provider that is not Liquor Administration Board (Board) approved.

If you:

cannot obtain a copy of the certificate, or
completed the course with a non Board approved training provider

you will be required to undertake the course again with a Board approved training provider to satisfy the mandatory training provisions of the legislation.

OLGR's website is progressively being updated to reflect the changes following the introduction of new liquor laws in NSW from 1 July 2008.
