Notes:
- The following erratum is noted for the 2004/05 annual report: The information contained on page 14 of this report concerning the sources of calls to the G-line (NSW) telephone service is incorrect. The correct figures for the sources identified are - telephone book (20.19 percent), venue notices (13.8 percent), and television (1.85 percent). In addition, to the extent that information suggests a television campaign similar to that conducted during 2003-04 was conducted during 2004-05, that suggestion is incorrect.
- The following erratum is noted for the 2005/06 annual report: The following sentence on page 12: 'Only 2 percent of callers reported learning about G-line (NSW) from the television, compared to the nine percent figure for the previous 12 month period (reflecting the impact of the G-line (NSW) advertising campaign in the 2004-05 financial year).' is incorrect. The sentence should read: 'Only 2 percent of callers reported learning about G-line (NSW) from the television, consistent with the 2 percent figure for the previous 12 month period.'
- On 1 January 2006, the name of the Casino Community Benefit Fund was changed to the Responsible Gambling Fund. Annual reports since 2005-06 are reports of the Responsible Gambling Fund Trustees.
