Counselling and support services for problem gamblers, families and others

Funded by the NSW Government through the Responsible Gambling Fund (RGF).

The Responsible Gambling Fund (RGF), formerly known as the Casino Community Benefit Fund (CCBF), is established under the Casino Control Act 1992 to provide funding for free gambling related counselling and support services for problem gamblers, families and others.

Gambling Help is the NSW Government-funded telephone crisis-counselling, information and referral service for problem gamblers, families and others. This is a free service, however charges apply from mobiles and payphones.

The Gambling Help number is 1800 858 858.

People seeking gambling counselling can either call Gambling Help or one of the Gambling Help counselling and support services listed below. Please note that many of the listed services provide counselling in additional locations to those listed below. Please contact Gambling Help for information about these additional locations or visit www.gamblinghelp.nsw.gov.au
