Clinical Supervision for RGF-funded problem gambling counselling services
Clinical supervision is an essential element to ensure the provision of professional RGF-funded problem gambling counselling services.
To assist RGF-funded problem gambling services, the following Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are available:
- Expression of Interest guidelines - Access and Equity Funds 2008/9 for clinical supervision in regional and remote RGF-funded counselling services. Please complete the EOI Application Form for Access and Equity Funds 2008/9 for clinical supervision in regional and remote RGF-funded counselling services.
- Expression of Interest guidelines - To become an accredited clinical supervisor for RGF-funded problem gambling counsellors.
RGF funded counsellors in regional and rural areas do not have the same access or equity in regards to clinical supervision as counsellors in the Sydney area. The Minister for Gaming and Racing has approved limited funds to assist RGF funded services to find ways of accessing the provision of quality clinical supervision.
Qualified and experienced clinical supervisors are invited to become accredited clinical supervisors for RGF-funded problem gambling counsellors. RGF accredited clinical supervisors will be listed in the 2009 Directory of RGF Accredited Clinical Supervisors, which will be distributed to RGF-funded problem gambling counselling services.
Please note if you are currently an RGF accredited clinical supervisor and wish to remain RGF accredited clinical supervisor for 2009, please complete the EOI Application Form to Remain an Accredited Clinical Supervisor for RGF-Funded Problem Gambling Counsellors. However, if you are a new applicant, you will need to complete the EOI Application Form to become an accredited clinical supervisor for RGF - Funded Problem Gambling Counsellors.
