Poker machine entitlement transfer forms

The Gaming Machines Act 2001 allows for poker machine entitlements to be transferred between premises, ie. club to club and hotel to hotel.

Hotels and clubs intending to buy entitlements are reminded that a social impact assessment must be approved before an application to transfer is lodged.

Due to the various ways entitlements may be transferred, the Authority has approved seven poker machine entitlement transfer forms. They are:

Note: A $250 application fee applies for entitlement transfer applications. This application fee does not attract GST.
