How is an authority to fundraise obtained?

An authority to fundraise is obtained by lodging a completed a Charitable Fundraising application form (PDF 520kb). The application must be accompanied with all supporting material. There are no application fees.

For more information, see our Charitable Fundraising fact sheet (PDF 44kb).

About our forms facility

This facility provides access to selected NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing and Casino, Liquor and Gaming Control Authority forms.

As most of the forms require a signature at present there is no capacity to submit forms online. This means you must download (ie. copying on to your own computer) and print the form, and complete it by hand.

However the office is examining ways to provide online services.
